No guesswork. No running yourself into the ground. Just three short runs a week, proper online coaching, and a community of people on the same journey.
What You Get
3 runs per week — nothing longer than 30 minutes Every session is planned for you. You just show up and follow the plan.
Weekly group video call Every week we get together online to talk through the upcoming week, answer your questions, and keep you accountable.
WhatsApp access Got a question between calls? Struggling with a session? Drop it in the WhatsApp group and get a real answer from a real coach.
A kick-off group call Before week one begins, we get everyone together online so you know exactly how the programme works and you can get started running with confidence.
Where You’ll Be in 8 Weeks
The goal is simple: by the end of 8 weeks, you should be able to run for 30 minutes without stopping — and for most people, that means being ready to tackle a 5K.
Getting started running is the hardest part. I can give you the plan, the coaching, and the support to make it stick — but I can’t do the running for you. Show up, trust the process, and the results will follow.
